Our tofu cat litter is made from natural soybean fiber, specifically the pulp left over from tofu and soy milk production. This food-grade byproduct is dried and compressed into small pellets that are highly absorbent, clump quickly, and are completely biodegradable.
Yes. Because the litter is made from food-grade soybean fiber, it is non-toxic if ingested in small amounts. This makes it a much safer option than clay-based litters, which can cause intestinal blockages if eaten. That said, if your cat is eating large quantities of litter, please consult your veterinarian.
Yes, tofu litter is flushable and septic-safe in small amounts. We recommend flushing a small scoop at a time rather than the entire box. Check your local municipality's guidelines, as some areas have restrictions on flushing any cat waste.
Each treat variety contains a single ingredient. Our chicken treats are 100% chicken breast. Our salmon treats are 100% wild-caught salmon. There are no added preservatives, flavors, colors, grains, or fillers of any kind.
Yes. Our freeze-dried treats are suitable for cats of all ages, including kittens over 8 weeks old. The treats can be broken into smaller pieces for younger cats. As with any treat, they should supplement a balanced diet, not replace it.
